Biggest Fan Club (“we”, “us”) runs a leaderboard for Instagram fan clubs. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it. Questions? Email blackcircus.store@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account info: the email and password you use to sign in.
• Instagram data: when you connect a fan club, and only with your permission via Instagram's official login, we receive the account's username, follower count, media count, and post-level engagement (views, likes, comments, shares).
• Access token: a secure token from Instagram that lets us refresh those stats. It is stored encrypted and never shared.

How we use it

We use this data to calculate each fan club's “Stan Score” and to rank clubs on public leaderboards. Public performance metrics are shown openly to make the competition fair and transparent. Audience demographics (country, age, gender) are kept private to the club admin and are never shown publicly.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data, and we do not post to your Instagram or change anything on your account. We only read the stats needed for the leaderboard.

Deleting your data

You can disconnect Instagram or delete your account and data at any time. See Data Deletion for how.
